Bound Tree Medical strives to be a leader in the emergency medical products business, as well as a leader in providing assistance to individuals, organizations and communities in need. A charitable contributions committee, aptly named the Bound Tree Medical Rescue Team, was created to help improve the health and welfare of the world in which we live. Below are some of the activities that have recently taken place:

Mid Ohio Food Bank – Non-perishable Food Drive

The Bound Tree Medical Rescue Team coordinated a Food Drive to help needy families in central Ohio. The non-perishable food items that were collected were donated to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank which has been struggling to keep up with demand. Individuals throughout the company provided items and many even bought cases of food to help build the volume of the donation. Through the generosity of employees of the company, we believe we will have helped to feed some of the needy individuals and families in Ohio.

American Red Cross – Silent Auction for Victims of the Florida Hurricanes

Bound Tree Medical, in cooperation with local businesses, held a Silent Auction to provide financial support for hurricane victims in Florida. This auction, which was held over the course of several days, resulted in the collection of funds that were donated directly to the cause. Individuals donated items such as handmade crafts, gift certificates, a crystal set and even a freezer. Employees were able to outbid one another online for their favorite items. And at the conclusion of the auction, Bound Tree Medical chipped in by matching the funds raised by the employees.
