The XCollar system is specifically designed to completely secure the joints above and below a cervical injury. It is optimum for tactical and vehicle operations. It utilizes high cheek bone pads, an intra-scapular stabilization plate and "X" stabilization straps to provide unparalleled stabilization. It is fully adjustable on both sides to fit children through large adults and eliminate the uncertainty of traditional, sized collars. These adjustments allow for splinting in the "position of injury" and eliminate the need for casualty manipulation.

Fits children through large adults
Capable of customizing to fit patient body types ranging from pediatric (approximately 22lb) to extra-large adult (approximately 360+lb)
Splints the cervical spine in the "position of comfort", or position found
Oversized trachea opening allows for carotid pulse checks, advanced airway procedures and easy visual assessment
Tested at operating temperatures ranging from: -40 to 60°C
Latex-free materials are radiolucent, MRI and CT scan compatible
