The CombiCarrierII operates like a standard backboard or scoop stretcher. The patient can be rotated and slid out onto the CombiCarrierII during auto extrication. It also minimizes the movement of the patient's spine during lifting and transport. Patients can be easily moved from point A to point B or transferred to an ambulance cot or ER.
