We send you a loaner device and you send us your equipment for recertification.
We certify your equipment using our extensive 22-point checklist.*
You get newly recertified equipment and can enjoy the benefits of comprehensive repair coverage, preventative maintenance and calibration, free loaners*, annual device reports, and timely notifications.

Additional Service Notes:

One free loaner offered per customer during repair. Loaner devices are based on availability. Additional loaners available: DEFIBs $300 or AEDs $100
On-Site service for equipment service is available depending on quantity.
All equipment listed on schedule is eligible for repair.
Premium contracts offered as a 1, 2, or 3 year plans.
All non-warranty return labels can be requested through customercare@boundtree.com (please CC: Your Bound Tree Account Manager)
