The MaxShield now comes in more sizes to accommodate the pediatric patient population. Like the adult line, the pediatric line offers a full perimeter fit, which allows for a clear line of sight, to aid in reducing claustrophobia. This also allows for a quicker and more simple fitting process.
The standard elbow can be used with a dual limb circuit, and Anti-Asphyxia with leak elbow can be used with a single limb circuit. The MaxShield also comes with a bonnet style headgear with a soft foam for patient comfort.
