Designed as a modular add-on, the Tactical Responder Cummerbund offers side armor protection that easily integrates with the Tactical Responder MKII Plate Carrier.

The cummerbund meets the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) protocols that are standard nationwide. It can be transformed into a complete side armor system with the addition of soft armor panels for Level IIIA coverage or with hard armor plates for greater stopping power. This flexibility means the stopping power selected for the main coverage area on the carrier can be extended across the entire torso.
