The updated V2 CFAK Pouch is the newest evolution of our best-selling Compact First Aid Kit Pouch. Designed for both medical kits and everyday carry (EDC), it offers ample space to accommodate full-size windlass tourniquets, including the CAT, SOF, and SAM XT.

This V2 upgrade features laser-cut PALS on the front and a newly redesigned laser-cut multi-mount system on the back. It supports horizontal or vertical belt carry, shoulder strap attachment, and MOLLE mounting using the included MOD straps. Inside, two internal pockets are enhanced with five additional elastic retention bands to securely organize smaller essentials such as pens, multitools, and tactical flashlights. An exterior loop panel allows for easy identification with name tapes or patches.

Ideal for IFAKs, basic first aid setups, or EDC organization, the CFAK delivers versatile storage in a compact, cost-effective design.
