The Rescue Essentials IM-PAL® is an impaled object stability system designed to quickly stabilize impaled objects with the goal of optimizing patient outcomes. The IM-PAL® facilitates the development of best practices for stabilization – providing a secure hold on small to medium objects.

It can be used on most body surface areas, formed into many different angles and positions. The IM-PAL® may be modified to cover and protect embedded debris from road rash or shrapnel as well.
