The Perfit ACE® Extrication Collar adjusts with 16 different settings from neckless to tall adult. The collar incorporates latches, which allow the rescuer to size it according to the victim’s exact neck size.

It is designed to immobilize the patient's head instantly and effectively when placed on a backboard. Applied easily and quickly in just four steps - it enables a fast fit to the patient, saving time at the scene when seconds count.
