The I-Tec Multi-Grip Head Immobilizer is an effective CID that is used across the country as well as in Canada. This lightweight, disposable head immobilizer comes in three sizes: adult, child, and infant/pediatric.
The Multi-Grip Head Immobilizer is a complete, universally designed system for your head immobilization needs. Each unit includes a head and chin straps and is individually packaged in thermo-sealed film.
