Posey® Twice-As-Tough® Cuffs (locking) are designed to limit the movement of wrists and/or ankles in patients assessed to be at risk of disrupting life-saving treatment, pulling lines/tubes, exacerbating skin conditions, compromising wound site integrity or self-injury. They are considered Hard Restraints and are primarily used in behavioral health (VSD) treatments.

These heavy-duty restraint cuffs are gentle on skin. Neoprene fabric, nylon straps and reinforced stitching provide extra strength and durability.

• Key lock on the strap that anchors the restraint system to a bed/stretcher offers an extra measure of security (one-piece anchor strap for simple application and adjustment)
• D-ring to secure the patient cuff (comprises two metal rings; adjustable cuff circumference)
