The ULTRASITE® valve is a swabbable, capless, 2-way valve for injection/gravity/pump flow or aspiration of fluids. The ULTRASITE valve is a completely closed system. The ULTRASITE valve's technology includes a positive displacement design. Upon Luer removal, the ULTRASITE valve design expels fluid from the system, which helps to prevent blood from backing up into the IV system.
