SPENCER Universal Flotation System for Basket Stretchers is a flotation system that makes basket stretchers suitable for water rescue. This product is a single piece design and made of high-density polyethylene, SPEN-TEX coated or sturdy removable vinyl coated nylon. The straps used for fixing to the basket are made of anti-decomposition polypropylene.
